Yoga on the summit of Windham Mountain, with a spectacular instructor and inspiring views.   Check in at the Bike Park at 8:45 am and head to the chairlift for a scenic skyride to the top of the mountain. Once you have arrived, you will practice the mental, physical and spiritual art of yoga in the most natural setting on our summit deck. Beginning at 9:15 am sharp, Nina Porter’s class is a slow flow yoga mix that emphasizes breath, body awareness and alignment.  This class will incorporate a gentle somatic yoga sequence before progressing to a flow of body warming & energizing postures to ready the body for slower deeper stretches.

$25, including skyride.

Class sizes are limited to 30 participants. 

Bring water and wear sunscreen. If you have a yoga mat, bring it.  Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

In the event of rain, yoga is moved to an alternate indoor location.  Check in is still located at the Bike Park.
